Lite Strategy leads $1 million investment in LitVM to build Litecoin Layer 2 network According to an announcement by ZK Innovations, NASDAQ-listed company Lite Strategy has led a $1 million strategic funding round for LitVM. LitVM is building a zero-knowledge proof-based Layer 2 network for Litecoin, aiming to introduce smart contracts, decentralized finance, real-world asset tokenization, and cross-chain liquidity functions. Lite Strategy will obtain governance participation rights and a portion of LitVM’s future network tokens.
