Juneteenth is a federal holiday, if not a Florida state one, and that means banks and stock markets will be closed.

Juneteenth is on June 19 every year.
Are banks closed in Florida on Juneteenth?
Yes. Banks are closed on the 11 federal holidays observed by the Federal Reserve.
Be aware that some banking services may be unavailable, and planning ahead is advised. Checks deposited on June 19 may not become available and automated bill payment services may not process until the next business day.
Bank websites will remain open for many banking services.
Will ATMs be open on Juneteenth?
Yes, and you will be able to check balances, deposit cash (where applicable) and get money out as you usually do. But deposits may not count toward your account until the next day.
Are the stock markets closed on Juneteenth Day?
American ones are.
The Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange will be closed Thursday, June 19, and open again for normal trading hours on Friday, June 20. NYSE American Equities, NYSE Arca Equities, NYSE Chicago, and NYSE National late trading sessions will close at the normal times Wednesday, June 18.
The U.S. bond market will close at the normal time Wednesday, June 18, and will remain closed until Friday, according to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.
Stock markets in London, EuroNext Paris. Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo markets will be open for normal trading.

The NYSE also closed on Jan. 9 for the National Day of Mourning for former President Jimmy Carter.
The markets will close early on July 3, Nov. 28 (the day after Thanksgiving), and Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve).
